They both take effort to capture and look great design wise.

Sport Ball
It's basically a regular Pokeball with a picture of a Pokeball on it. It's perfect, but unfortunately super exclusive.
Only 11 family lines with a total of 26 Pokemon (with 3 Megas) can legally be obtained in a Sport Ball. And no Hidden Abilities either.

Safari Ball is also great, but fuck all getting one.

I use mainly premier balls for my team. On occasion I'll use a luxury ball if it fits well like chandelure. And for my water HM slave, floatzel, I use a net ball.

Net balls are probably by second favorite.

Premier > Net > Luxury > Dive > Heal > all others

That's a good one. I've been training one of those myself now.
I like building teams where 5 members are in a standard ball, and then the ace or keystone of the set has a unique ball.
Sport Ball Mega Scizor, Lure Ball Mega Gyarados
It makes it feel more personal and carefully selected, like something a Gym Leader or Elite Four member should do.
I've been grabbing Pokemon with Alolan Forms in Moon Balls. Gonna make a Moon Ball Alolan Marowak when the time comes.

I like to use Heal for:
a) Pokemon that fit the deployment fx
b) a bootleg dream ball

it's weird that the Heal ball was introduced in Gen 4, but then Audino was in Gen 5 and fit it's aesthetic perfectly.

Heal ball is just a poor man's dream ball. I have a shiny weavile in one but if I could switch it to a dream ball I would in a heartbeat.

Quick ball is just kind of mediocre, it has the blue/yellow color scheme going for it but 99% of the pokemon that look good in quick balls look better in dive balls, plus quick balls are really good for catching random wilds so when you throw one out it just looks trashy. Same with great balls, it's basically announcing to the whole world I AM A PLEBIAN AND THIS IS PROBABLY NOT A WELL BRED POKEMON.

Also I forgot Dusk balls which I consider to be good tier.
