Give them a new ability that functions like a combination of Battle Armor and Filter. Call it Ancient Armor or something.

Storm Drain, maybe? I feel like Octillery needs more than just ability changes to be "fixed". A stat boost would be nice, maybe funnel some Attack into Sp. Attack.

Give them a recovery move that adds a one turn weakness/ drawback like roost unique to each one. They are basically pure elementals, so it kinda works.

Octillery:

- Power up Beam and Ballistic moves by 50%
- Technican that only functions on moves >95 base power
- Analytic?

Regirock

- Removes 1 layer of spikes/sr randomly when switching in and heals 1/8 of max hp?

Regice

- Nullifies Fire/Water attacks while HP is greater than half

Registeel

- Reduces damage from incoming moves > 90 BP by 30%

All 3 could use a reflavored Early Bird/Regenerator/Recover to be better walls

the abilities aren't the problem, recovery is. If all of the regis got recover they'd be fine. Instead they continue to slip lower and lower down the tier list. Can you even believe that Regice used to be OU at this point?

Octillery is fine. It's the best moody abuser in the game since it has mixed offensive stats and a fuckhuge movepool.

He's top tier in the rotation battle meta.
