I think the legs go a bit higher, notice the end of the right leg is a bit off from the right foot.

Also, the skull is clearly higher, and it could be bulkier in the torso, based on the 'hunched over' artwork.

If Delphox has a mediocre, unpleasant, disproportionate design and 3D model then it is intrinsically bad. The fact people like Dapuffster HAVE to draw it with clothes, accesories, hairstyles to make it look bearable is very telling.

It's a cartoon fox. It doesn't need to adhere to realistic proportions. In fact illustrated designs often take advantage of their being illustrated to exaggerate things. Its proportions are reasonably normal for a cartoon character and totally inoffensive. You don't have to like it but it's really not anything out of the ordinary.
