Couple weeks back I dumped a box of protean froakies onto WT to see how many shitmons get passed around. Was a little less than 50%. Some GOAT jap sent a scyther with metal coat through and I got a Scizor. Used it in the X playthrough I was doing, it's an ultra bro.

Same, I was WT'd in early game in Y and not even after the first trade I got a Scizor. It was a beast through the story.

I mostly use wonder trade to get unique id numbers.for the lotto corner. A free PP up/max a day is useful, and I even got an extra master ball thanks to my 13+ box's of random ids. What pokemon it is doesn't matter.
