Wigglytuff is one of my favorites from gen 1, it's a good balance of being cute without being too kawaii uguu cute.

I loved Clefairy since I was a child but it only looks good in the ashnime and in promotional art or TCG. GF for whatever reason tries it's very best to obliterate it's design ingame and likewise I dont think I can force myself to like Clefable even if it is an OU fiend now. The proportions dont jive with me and something about Clefairy's appeal just gets lost in transition. Don't really know how to put my finger on it...... Oh well.
