It's weird, usually when I first see a Pokemon design I don't like I either grow to like it a little more over time after the shock or just no shits about it.

Simisear - turns into a bosozoku (wild/out of control biker), who customise bikes to look as flashy as possible, remove the muffler to make it sound louder, and practice dangerous and illegal driving. He's posed squatting and holding his hands up as if he were riding an invisible bike, he's wearing fingerless gloves, the fur collar of a jacket and has a pot belly like an elderly hell's angel.

Panpour - see no evil
Simipour - turns into a gyaru or more specifically kogal, self-absorbed materialistic high school girls that wear short skirts, big socks snd/or boots, heavy makeup/hair dye/fake tan, sexualise themselves, seen as shallow and avid users of photobooths and selfies.

Genies, they look way too much the same, if at least the sprites had them being in a different pose.
I also hated the musketeers in BW2, they were such nothing legendary pokemons, ''Look at this dumb deer/goat, it was waiting for you just outside the town you where going to, catch it!, it has nothing better to do''
