Anon, just accept that only you and like a handful of people on /vp/ actually think Samurott isn't complete garbage from top to bottom. The only thing it has going for it is cool facial hair and an interesting helmet design. Literally every other aspect of it, from design to mechanics, is hot trash. Samurott is Wasted Potencial: The Pokemon. What could have been a badass Water/Fighting Samurai became a quadraped stupid animal. Its basic physical shape inhibits it from doing any swordfighting.

If it was biped, it could be an effective swordfighter in water AND on land. You know, kinda like how otters are fine both in water and on land.

There is no reason for Samurott being the way it is other than shit design choices. Its design is garbage and it ruined it's evolutionary line.
