A lot of pokemon lose certain themes upon evolving. Croconaw loses his caveman design when he turns into Feraligatr, for example.

Okay /vp/, when Hoothoot evolves, it gains +40 in HP, sp att and sp def, and +20 in everything else. This is what an evolution would look like, if it followed the same direction. (but only half of the same gain.)

Dunno what its concept would be, but it turns Psychic/Flying because fanservice, and it fits it anyway. (save the snowy owl concept for a brand new mon)

It only gains +90 when it evolves from Noctowl, but I'd personally prefer an evo over a mega.
