He's not bad per se but in the jack-of-trades thing, he loses out on a lot of stuff.

Drapion's a nice Pokémon with one of the best typings in the game. The problem is it just falls slightly flat of everything it tries to do. It's bulky but not quite bulky enough to be a wall, it's strong but not quite strong enough to be a wallbreaker and it's fast but not quite fast enough to be a sweeper.

Its moveset is pretty much the same. It gets just the right move to shallowly scratch the surface of each role, but can't really do any role in-depth.

The really poor situational abilities don't help. Battle Armour/Shell Armour is one of the worst abilities in the game and is way too passive to be useful. Keen Eye is completely useless except against accuracy gimmick-mons and Sniper relies way too much on luck and basically forces it to run moves like Cross-Poison and Night Slash.

I heard people wanted it to be Poison/bug like its Pre evo instead of Poison/Dark but I still like it.
It's fun to use one but it has a bad ability and special def/hp.
