I usually name all my characters something idiotic. I've named some of my previous female characters Glitter, A Jew, and Killer Queen. For male characters, I've used Pancake, New Kid, Higgins, Spooky Ghost, and Papa Shango.

For one thing, it helps me pick out where my Pokemon came from easier. So when I see that my Lopunny's Original Trainer was "A Jew," I know that it came from my Platinum run.
