can't really see it being overpowered unless you give it a great movepool to go along with great special attack/attack as well as great defense/special defense to last long enough to take the most advantage of it's ability.

Doesn't even have to be an objectmon, could be something that mimics a traffic light, a quadruped with bulbs/some kind of bio-luminescent humps on its back that light up. Something with 3 bright eyes that opens them separately to mimic the shifting lights.
