I'm planning on getting a new 3DS anyways once Sun and Moon come out. My old 3ds is a launch model, and I only use it for CFW and Roms, the battery is fucked and the hinge doesn't quite stay open. I figure with the money I saved not buying games I can get a new system for the games I do own. So I want a new one so that I can still play my carts if the old one suddenly dies on me.
