Pretty easy all it has to do is have the standard shit you'd expect to see on it and carry on the stats popplio seemed to be going for in the e3 demo. That being high HP, low attack and speed and everything else being pretty good.
Move wise; Calm mind, Aromatherapy/Heal bell, Scald, Ice beam, Wish/Moonlight, Moonblast, Haze, Perish Song. Most good or nice niches to have without being really 'out there' in terms of would it get this.
