Cresselia is the worst one. She's not even ugly- she's utterly forgettable. I didn't even remember she existed for years. It's not just me, either. She's never really mentioned outside of gen vi, no one talks about her, your tc is only time I've seen her mentioned ever, really. There's too many legendaries anyway, but Cresselia is beyond unnecessary.
