BSTs are 316, 407 & 533 for each one (not saying this is the absolute but that's about average for Starters). Also this is assuming that the final evolutions (like the ones in the Chinese Leak) stay the course of evolution that the first two forms of each starter line have indicated. It's entirely possible we'll get a Speed Demon Popplio3 or a Dual Wall Rowlet3.

But it was confirmed rowlet has the highest hp of the 3 starters

More likely that Pop3 will be squishier like other secondary fairy special attackers like Gardevoir

Cant really see popmaid having high def

But i can see high hp and sp atk and sp def

A sp def wall maybe even since Florges is known for this.

OP here, damn you put like 500% more effort into thinking about this then I did, gg, also I like the combination of those Third-Pseudo Type Attacks; U-Turn, Gunk Shot & Ice Beam (I know the last one is pretty common for Water-Types but still). Also even though I'm unsure the direction the Litten line will go if it gets those Dark and Fighting Type moves you suggested I'd be all for that.

Last thing, do you think that the Starters could get new HAs, similar to Mudsdale's Stamina ability, so stuff we haven't even seen before.

That pic is just because the Rowlet is female. Female Rowlets are naturally fatter and can take more hits.
