I had to get rid of my cats when i moved into my new apartment. I'm not a cat guy but I do really miss them. Their curiosity and playfulness was very charming, even if they were lazy asf.

Nah, I have both. Cats are affectionate in a different way from dogs. Dogs are just more expressive of their love and more in sync with human emotions so they create a deeper bond. Cats can be very loving though! They just lack the same biological drives that dogs do to be the same kind of people pleaser. Also, cats seem to love you because of what you do to them, while dogs just love you because you're you. So in people's mind, that seems to be more pure. Either way, both is love and they both are great.

Kind of. Dogs are pack animals. They are highly social, and needy. Cats are independent by nature but still capable of loving their owners as much as a dog. They just aren't up your ass about it.

Dogs mostly have an eagerness to please, because they want rewards. Cats are like fuck you I'll get my own reward.

Both aren't as bad as parrots, whom want the reward but still say fuck you afterward.
