Scizor is no longer weak to fire. How does this change the meta?

I did something like that with a ninetails, a forretress, and Role Play in online doubles.

Was a pretty fun gimmick set.

Then the answer is that nothing changes. Scizor gets too much of power boost from its currently used items to give them up, unless you were running a Leftovers set. Having only one weakness and usually predictable users of it means Scizor is one of the easiest Pokemon to know when to switch out, and with its STABs both still resisted by Fire types themselves, Scizor is still not being used to advantage by staying in.
