Thank you, anon! I tried to keep with typical themes for some of them:
>grass starters can have brighter, yellow-green leaves and have blue-green bodies
>fire starters can gain yellow details
>water starters can come to have greener bodies
>Sandshrew and Meowth's shiny forms are inspired by their "regular shiny forms"

Just kinda dicked around with the others until they looked believable. This was really relaxing and fun.

I wanted to make it supernova color but then I remembered I don't know what color supernovae are.

So I made it lavender because it's a pretty color.

I just use paint.net. Play around with the hue/saturation sliders, or just use the recolor tool if you want something more specific.
