Pokemon models, graphics and music take up the vast majority of the space.

Obviously there's a bunch of new models which would take up a couple hundred MB. The graphics are certainly more detailed and the region is potentially a lot bigger given it's made of islands with lots of space in between. I think the music is more varied too.
