Why would they give Gale Wings to a non-flying type

If it got those, that'd be okay even if Hurricane accuracy sucks ass. It'd be pretty interesting in rain. Still don't want Gale Wings on it though.

They'll probably reveal a signature move for it like they do for all recent starters, so this is just a tentative expectation until we see what it ends up getting.

Maybe the Grass move will involve archery and be powerful or have a good secondary effect but like 80-85 accuracy.

Tinted lens, maybe? Only steel can fully resist its attacks that way. If it gets low kick or something then it would have excellent coverage.

I understand that this is being thrown out there because "precise, pinpoint accuracy" and all, but No Guard also forces all moves directed at it to hit, which doesn't really make sense thematically. If it's supposed to be an archer, it would be farther away and out of range for most opponents to hit. Sniper, technician, stakeout, make more sense thematically, even tinted lens and analytic are more logical.

Range/shooting attacks is way too vague of a category unless you just made it the opposite of Bulletproof. But even then it couldn't use 80% of bulletproof's moves.

I'm betting on a new ability that boosts non-contact Physical moves, and a Grass version of Water Shuriken as a temporary signature move.

Litten is really coming across as a mixed attacker (heavy emphasis on shooting fire throughout all 3 stages and an emphasis on physical strength as Torrakat and Litten3). Not sure about HA, but maybe a reverse, Fire-type Psyshock as its temporary signature move?

Popplio will get Dancer as its HA and a Water-type dancing move.
