Megas are fine conceptually, they are just balanced terribly.

Alola forms are the reverse, they make no sense conceptually (since other regions have form differences except they don't work like this,which makes zero sense, and normal non alolan pokemon can evolve into alolan forms even though the discriptions say alolan forms were gradual, and that what the specific type differences are makes no sense)
