I've noticed something:

Mew distribution was through code, then later this year they did a second chance Mew through a public code.

Darkrai was the second Mythical that was distribuited through code, then late September they did a second chance Darkrai (which is still up)

Arceus (August) and Genesect (November) are the last Mythicals from #Pokémon20 that are code only, and if you noticed that Mew and Darkrai were the only ones that got a second chance and both were code only, that means that Arceus will be distribuited later this year.

So you have a chance Anon. Go to Serebii to see any news about Arceus.

Usually, yes. There was a time where I could only get one Darkrai card due to some "policy" about distribution, but a day later I came back and got a couple more cards from a different person. If it doesn't work one day, try again another.
