Actually if you watch the cartoon, Blastoise and Venusaur combine to become Venustoise! Jason from school told me that you can actually get it in Red and Blue if you get both a Venusaur and Blastoise to level 100 and then beat the Elite Four with them 100 times. I'm only on rematch #5 so far, but Venustoise is gonna be so worth it, just you wait!
