Assuming this isn't bait and you're actually a clueless kid, natures and characteristics are determined (in Gen IV) by the pokemon's personality value:

For single-encounter pokemon (like mewtwo), this value is generated when you create a new save game and cannot be changed unless you start over. This means that the nature/characteristic options your mewtwo has are limited to a certain number of combinations.

TL;DR You're stuck with those 30 or so set pairs
