No mega Dragonite needs Drizzle. Dd first turn break multi scale. Mega evolve and become one of the games best mixed sweepers. Imagine any mix of Dd, outrage, dragon claw, earthquake, e- speed, aqua jet, hurricane, thunder, and or roost. It would not be fair. I would love it, but game freak just wouldn't do it.
