let's come up with concepts for these, shall we?

>Fighting Dragon: Bruce Lee homage, perhaps?

>Fairy Dark: Unseelie Court/Wylde Hunt/OLld Myth Faere folk shit
>Ice Bug: Snowflake winged, icicle Dragonfly!

I think Hitmonlee is kind of meant to be given Bruce Lee was known for his kicks and, well.. the name. Might just be a localized name thing though, never did look up Hitmolee's Japanese name.

If you ask me, Throh should have been a fighting ground. Half of Judok IS GROUND WORK!

Also, suggestion for Fighting/Ghost:

I really want a Fight/Electric mon because I can only imagine some cool stuff.

Poison/Psychic is also a fun concept, kinda want to see that.

Fight/Ghost, Fire/Grass, Bug/Dragon and Fight/Ghost not existing yet is just bullshitting on gamefreak's part. They practically design themselves and they've had numerous opportunities to do them, I think they just view unused type combinations as aces up their sleeve they can still use, because they clearly don't care about covering all the possible combinations. Quite honestly I don't think they plan ahead that much, other than Sun&Moon now, the only gen I get the impression of being in development long was gen 5 and that one should've been in 3D

Starts as a Rock only pokémon that looks like a meercat convered in rocks. and has Lighting Rod as it's ability. Pokedex mention that it tries to attract lighting so it can evolve
When it evolves it looks like it's covered in fulgurite and becomes Rock / Electric

I know it's more logical to make it Ground / Electric, but Stunfisk already has that covered.

Ah, but some of these are pretty powerful, and I with the potential of the new pokemon I can see this list going down to less than 20.

>Poison/Psychic
>Fighting/Ground
>Dark/Fairy

>Electric/Dark

>Girafarig
I always felt this was the best half-Normal design-wise. There's a good "half regular animal, half weird thing" duality theme going on.
>Normal/Flying, Bibarel, Diggersby
Regular animals that happen to fly/swim/dig.
>Bewear
Regular, mindless animal that is just super strong and not a trained fighter.
>Jigglypuff, Meloetta
Sound STAB
>Pyroar
There's a stark contrast between the fiery mane and the rest of its body, so it's kind of like Girafarig in that regard. And unlike, say, Rapidash, the mane isn't literally fire. Also sound STAB.
>Oranguru
When you put it next to pure Psychics, it does stick out as not being a weird mystical creature. It's just an orangutan with human level intelligence.
>Mega Lopunny
Since it's a Mega and not a full evo, it doesn't fully change type. Also to take full advantage of Scrappy.
>Mega Audino
AUDInO, so sound related plus similar logic as Mega Lopunny.
>Alolan Rattata
I guess it makes sense because it descended from pure Normal types, but it kind of feels off.
>Heliolisk
This one also feels a little off. I guess because it can't directly generate or absorb electricty, and instead must convert sunlight? Or because it's very versatile (abilities give it bonuses in 3 weathers). I'm going to say that this was slapped on to help keep Ghosts in check and to prevent Gen 6 from having a net loss of Normal types due to the Fairy retypings.
>Azumarill
Some speculate that it was only ever Normal because they copypasted Cleffa or Igglybuff and forgot to finish changing everything (hence the gender ratio oddity). Could also be because it can't swim properly yet.

I can't think of any excuse for Drampa. Maybe it's prevo(s) (if any) will look more like a Normal type.

>Fairy/Dark
Pokemon fairies associated with Moon, darkness also associated with Moon. So like Clefairy, but with dark type.

>Normal/Poison: A sloth that sleeps in dirty areas and allows bacteria to culture in its fur.
>Normal/Ice: A prehistoric animal frozen in a block of ice. Possibly something like a cave lion, or a wooly rhino. Maybe has an ability that allows it to lose its ice typing if hit by a fire type attack?
>Normal/Bug: A mammal - either a dog or a nondescript one - with its mouth open. A long vicious tape worm is hanging from its open mouth and can attack on its behalf.
>Normal/Rock: A crocodile that eats rocks, possibly has a few rocks replacing its teeth. Based on the fact that crocodiles actually do this. Name it Rockodile.
>Normal/Ghost: An opossum that plays dead.
>Normal/Steel: A fake pangolin that's just a regular animal that's covered itself in plate armor.
>Poison/Ice: An orca, covered with ice that's basically frozen pollutants. Ice has possibly frozen in a way as to give it limbs so it can walk on land? Based on the fact orcas are the most toxic arctic animals due to pollution. Alternatively, a narwhal with a horn that's become more of a stinger.
>Poison/Fairy: Based off "machine elves", a common hallucination by DMT users. So low key based on drugs a bit. Probably has a signature poison type move that allows it to inflict the confused effect on opponents. Picture related.
>Poison/Electric: Plague rat pikaclone.
>Poison/Rock: Or rock/poison, rather. A fossil based on diplocaulus, the arrow headed salamander. It's head resembles a crude arrowhead and the tip is covered with dripping poison it smears on itself.
>Poison/psychic: A cow with visible holes in its head, a psychic glow emitting from inside of it. It's spots are now more psychedelic shapes, and it's eyes look crazed. Infected with a weird sort of Mad Cow that gives it psychic powers instead of killing it.
>Poison/steel: Made of liquid mercury. A shapeshifter, has different formes, unsure of what those formes are.

I said not completely terrible, not super good. Being weak to Fighting, Rock and Water is still better than being 4x weak to the entire game like most dual Ice types.
Also, resisting 4x to one of the best offensive types and Fairy isn't something to be understimate.

This is the best combination you can do with Ice type right now, unless they decide to change its propeties in future games.

That, and compared to poison which has been there since the start, and still has two more types left to cover than it. Boggles my mind when I remember how saturated gen I was with them

Fire/Ice would be much better as an offensive type and with its resistances it can compensate for its weaknesses. The only type combo that a defensive Ice type would have and be good/decent would be Ice/Poison. I would also say Ice/Steel, but you need an ability like Filter, but stronger to not be shit.

But it's equivalent is a famous martial artist in the US. It just has a slightly different meaning in English. HitmonLEE and HitmonCHAN can't be coincidences

it's assault as far as the loris is concerned. They only raise their arms like that to access their venom pouches on their elbows, that cute wide eyed hands up pose is it attempting to defend itself. Not that it does an exotic pet loris any good considering all pet trade loris are specifically treated so they can't use their venom. And by "treated" I mean they take pliers to their teeth and break them in half so they can't be laced with the venom,

Star-nosed mole that twists its nose tendrils into a drill. Separates them to fire attacks. Prevo has a "runny nose" motif.
