I LOVE IT!

To elaborate, it's simple and down to the point, a plant pretending to be a mantis that pretends to be an orchid.

It's partially humanoid due to the slight resemblance to clothing, yet the body design doesn't make it stick like a sore thumb or out of context for the animal and plant it is taking inspiration from.

I'm using this Pokémon in my team no matter what.

How is Lurantis overdesigned?

It's moveset is probably gonna be a combo of leavanny and the generic grass moveset. So swords dance x-scissor and leaf blade are guarenteed. All the slash varients too. Probably agility. Maybe knock off/pursuit. We can likely rule out any heavy attacks like edgequake or superpower. If we're lucky it'll get the grass benefits and learn sleep powder or even quiver dance. The HA is the main decider. Tinted lense would be great. Sniper could make it a crit machine if it learns focus energy. Chlorophyl would be generic grass stuff but might work well with solar blade. Worse case scenario it gets something useless which knowing gamefreak will probably happen.
