There are 5 more postgame only islands that you can only get to by boat. They all have legendaries and new trials. They made them feel similar to the Sevii Islands.
Lillie/Lusamine/Gladion are siblings.
Gen 1 starters will get new Mega Evolutions called Charizard Sun/Moon, Blastoise Sun/Moon, Venusaur Sun/Moon. They are version locked.
If you transfer your starter from RBY and show it to Dexio he will give you the new Mega Stone for them. If you show it to Oak in the postgame he will give you the other 2 starters.
Gen 2 starters also get Mega Evolutions. Typhlosion stays as Fire. Feraligatr becomes Water/Dragon. Meganium becomes Grass/Fairy.
Goodra, Lilligant and Whimsicott also get Mega Evolutions.
Marshadow is Ghost type. It's ability is almost basically Protean except it adds it as a second typing.
