I didn't give it too much though, to be honest.
All I did was give a look at a pokemon type table and try to fit a new class there while trying to keep it mildly time-related, but I eventually gave up.
My reasoning was that a Ghost shouldn't be affected by time because he is already dead, and shouldn't be able to affect time either because it is a ghost. Strong against Normal because Time would make them old, and Bug because they have short lifespans. No idea why I made Dark, Electric and Steel weak against it too, though. Probably was still trying to fit it in the table.
Also, I have zero clue why it is weak to Dragon, Psychic, Fire and Bug. I guess Dragon because Dragon type is only 2x strong against Dragon, and Bug because they keep reproducing anyway. The resistances are even more funny, I suppose Ground resists time because our planet will still exists for a billion years, Ice because it freezes, Grass because trees can live a long time, Fairy because elves and I have no clue for the rest.
Not exactly gaining marks for coherence and intelligent design here, I suppose.
As for choosing the Pokemon I just did it randomly from a list of pure type Pokemon. I just wanted to make a Time type for Dialga, but forgot to even put him there.
In short, what a failure. Hopefully someone with a better mind will do a good Time-type in the future.
