With this female, you get your EMs on her. If any of the males have the desired nature, then make sure you put an everstone on him.

Pop out a male with desired EMs.
Alright. You should have EMs and Nature by now.

Find yourself a female with target ball/HA (if applicable)

Breed em until you get a female with HA (if applicable).

There. Now you have a HA female with EMs, target ball, and target nature.

She should have shit IVs. But you have Ditto.

Hatch 5.

From those 5 throw away the males. From the leftover female, identify the one with the most IVs. Replace female in Daycare.

Repeat until you have a 5 IV female in Daycare.

Now you play bike sim until you hatch your ideal egg.

Yeah, it's slow when first get started. After you grow your collection, don't waste time breeding from scratch. You can skip most of those steps by just trading breedjects, They usually come with female, ball, right and sometimes even EMs.

I'm afraid Trevenant is not bulky enough to be tanky, regardless of nature, so I'd go with Adamant or Jolly.
