I've noticed that when you guys set up matches here, you generally go by Smogon tiers.
What happens if most of my team is UU but one of them (Dragonite) is OU and another one (Seismitoad) is RU

...does that balance it out?
I've never played against anyone here, I don't want to be THAT guy once I actually do.

You can trade with one console if you have two games (e.g. X and OR). Place a shitmon asking for your Poliwhirl. Go to the other game and trade that. Then deposit the shitmon you just took, and ask for a Politoad, then go to the other game, receive Politoad, and send it back for the same shitmon.

That's impressive, but regardless, you'll probably be another 6 hours at least by the time you're done, unless you cheat or use emulator tricks/other tools.

Why not do it yourself? Breed a bunch of timid Cyndaquil without the destiny knot so you have a higher chance of getting randomly generated stats. It happens that if (timid) Cyndaquil has 8 SpAtk at Lv 2, then it has at an IV of at least 30. I usually use rare candy and soft reset to check things like this. You'll also want 0 Atk, which the stat judge will remark on.

Hey there everybody, it's Mike the mystery egg guy. After some struggle, I managed to take down Grant and then I hatched this baby. I'm very excited about this one, I've always wanted to use a simple Bidoof in a run. To recap so far, I've gotten Slowpoke (Slowbelle), Koffing (Atomo), Misdreavus (Mary) and now Vanessa the Bidoof. Thanks again to everyone that contributed! After I defeat Ramos I'll hatch one more and report back.
