I like how long its tail is. Never noticed until X/Y

Humanoid but not too humanoid.
Feral and alien, but not too much that it loses its "humanity" or crosses the furry barrier.
Has its edge and chuuni-ness but it's not enough to be irritating.
Interesting and rich backstory that doesn't need to be stupidly long or complicated.
It represents the final challenge, the ultimate power, yet it's also a character and not just a boss or a creature.
It just looks seriously fucking badass.
