Zard Y is defnitely the better doubles, but Tailwind X is still a great set. The idea isn't to sit there and set up twice and go for a sweep, its to modify your setup based on what your facing. Zard exists in a very comfortable speed tier, especially for Doubles, so Tailwind is unnecessary if you need to break down something.
