It's viable in game with eviolite until it evolves. Base 90 attack is very usable.

Lilligant. iirc, after BW's release there was an interview it was conceived as a 3 stage line, but they cut out the middle stage in production so that they could use the designs as a counterpart/version exclusive pair with Cottonee

Noibat to Noivern. It's way too drastic. It should have a middle stage that is like a fatter/bigger Noibat but starts to develop Noivern's features and has darker colors. Noibat has similar stats to Zubat and Noivern has similar stats to Crobat. It misses the Golbat stage entirely.
