Depends on who is faster. There's no way Sogoleo doesn't at least get bite, which will completely end Lunala. Conversely, STAB on Shadow Ball or something similar will be a very strong hit on him, as Psychic is weak to it and Steel no longer resists.

In short, impossible to know without knowing stats, but both can feasibly wreck the other.
