come on guys, some pokemon are always gonna be PU and that doesn't really mean it needs fixed, this guy is great in that format.
now as for a truly badly broken pokemon, we need to think up something for carnevine, a shitmon so bad it doesn't even do well in PU.

103/126/126 defenses with regenerator and wish would be about as mindless and broken as a tank can get.
Maybe buff the ability Healer though. I feel like it would at least be an ok ability if it had a 50% chance to activate.

You say that but it has no offensive presence whatsoever running protect+wish+calm mind+a single move, and switching out would entirely negate calm mind's effect.

103/126/126 isn't even all that strong at all. Mega Garchomp is a hyper offensive Pokemon and it has a comparable 108/115/95 base defense stats. Mega Kangaskhan is 105/100/100. Audino is only marginally better at taking hits than these sweepers.
Compare to Slowbro who has recover and can't get critted, it has 95/180/80. That's the kind of stats you're competing with as a tank.
