How many competitively trained pokemon do you have? How many are pentagon'd? Which gens are they from?
I still use a surprising amount of my gen 4 stuff in battlespot, I've found. Scizor, Jolteon, Gengar, Garchomp, Raikou (probably my single most autistic achievement in pokemon is a timid HP Ice Raikou in a moon ball), Tyranitar, Gliscor, Slowbro, Dugtrio and Machamp, all bred in Pt/HG and all have only had minor moveset updates gen to gen and are still competitive with newer stuff. It's sad that you can't use old gen stuff in rated because none of the pokemon at VGC have a story, they're all purpose bred (or more likely genned).
I also trained about a box full of stuff in gen 5, most of it was kinda shitty pokemon that I liked a lot like Archeops, Typhlosion, Ampharos, Eelektross and Golurk. I do use my Haxorus, Porygon2 and Galvantula quite a bit though.
My gen 6 stuff is mostly megas, HA mons that I never got to try in gen 5 like Politoed, and some stuff I had to rebreed for egg moves like Weavile, and a second Gengar trained to be a mega. I didn't compete in anything in 6th gen so I never really built a full team.

I have about 4 boxes of battle ready pokemon. I guess it's not that much since XY came out three years ago, which was when I got into competitive.
From ORAS I have only used some of the new megas. There are some megas that I have literally never used, either for competitive or regular gameplay, like Audino and Mega Camerupt.
I don't battle that much these days. It's just more of the same by now. Luckilly it seems that SM will mix things up again.
When I do battle online, I usually play doubles. I have a pretty Trick Room team consisting of Cofragigus, Scrafty, Aromatisse, Scizor and two other mons I keep rotating.If you like Trick Room, I highly recommend Aromatisse. Its anti-taunt ability is awesome for setting it up.
The last competitive team I built is a mono type water one, but I have only used it to play with a friend of mine who's not that into competitive. My team would probably get stomped if I faced a more experienced player.

The last time I played doubles battlespot I was using my memeteam of storm drain stockpile Craidily with rototiller Rhydon. Actually wrecked a surprising amount of retarded children.

I have 90% of PU(smogon tier) so like 5 1/2 boxes worth multi sets, and more than half of the rest for every other tier no Ubers in my PC since I despise them just in my dex. total I have more than 15 I'd say since boxes I've never fused them(all have pentagons except older gen exclusive like Sucker Punch mons or defog Empoleon /latios/as. I have all pokemon games so I can go way far back.(still need to beat league in Emerald tho) I

I played TR for 2 years when X&Y came out and it was so much fun! Sucks that knock off Azu walls a crap ton of TR setters/sets up its self and good dark mons are pretty scary.

Have a plethora of Shiny Competitive Pokemon of various sets, various spreads, so on, mostly from this gen. I'm still missing a good chunk of them but thankfully should be squard away by sun or moon or have them for the most part over the next few years.
God help us all if they redo the Pentagon.
