we didnt do anything after the non-confrontational letter we got, was working on some 1v1 battles for players on our servers, the wonder trade system was shut down, and we removed all the servers from the game, i cant afford a law suit

however, we the game works just fine offline, much like Heart gold or soul silver, platnium, or diamond, etc, so if anyone is interested in picking up a copy of our hard work, im going to host it for a day, take it down, and wait awhile before coming back with more download links. i myself am quite sad nintendo found us a threat, i felt alot of joy releasing this game, and with over 1million downloads i was in shock!
