I'm not much of an artist, but I've got a few basic concepts that might inspire someone who is.

Normal/Ghost: Haunted teddybear or possessed critter.
Poison/Steel: Barrel of toxic waste.
Ice/Fire: A comet/meteor.
Fighting/Dragon: Ultimate Warrior with wings and scales.
Fairy/Dark: Hobgoblins, redcaps, bugbears. Pretty much anything Unseely.
Bug/Psychic: How has nothing been done with this? The concept of a hive mind practically screams Bug/Psychic. I know ants and bees have been done, but a queen of either would work for this combo.
Rock/Ghost: A tombstone/mausoleum.

It's pretty sloppy, can't think of a name.
Base stage is pure Fairy, basically a living doll that lives off of attention. Neglect it too long, and it becomes angry, and becomes a Fairy/Dark type Pokemon.
Looking back, Ghost seems more fitting, and it's literally Bannette. Oh well

Phoneposting, but here are my ideas:

Grass/Fire: Eucalyptus pokemon, maybe it's a rainbow serpent as a further nod to Australia. It uses oils stored in its flakey bark to ignite fires. Pic related, rainbow eucalyptus.

Fairy/Dark: Card dealer pokemon, it's a cute mischevious pokemon with neon Las Vegas and stage magician motifs

Why Did you remove the normal dual types?

Grass/Fire. sort of.

Stumphlame is a dorky little stump guy. get's actively bullied for its entire life. If it is hit by a fire-type move, it will change into its fire form, which is fire/grass. it then evolves into Fyrent only when its in forest fire form.

If you can get it to the level it needs to evolve without ever getting hit by a fire-type move, it will evolve into Dyradical.

Dyradical has grown out of its dorky phase and no longer gets bullied. It is liked by everyone in school, and even it's dad says it is proud of him.

Dyradical would have better stats than Fyrent, even though Fyrent has the cooler typing. its pretty challenging to evolve it to dyradical under normal circumstances so it should be more rewarding to the player.

of course this is all hypothetical, but who wouldn't want a Dyradical?

Dumb idea for Fire/Ice, but it's a dragon/snake/reptile that comes in two forms, Hotheaded or Coolheaded. It concentrates it's body temperatures to extremes of it's body.

Hotheaded form learns Physical Ice attacks and Special Fire attacks, while Coolheaded form learns Special Ice and Physical Fire.

Fussard, the Reactor Pokemon

"Fussard's belly contains a powerful energy source. It lives in freezing environments and vents heat through its plates to prevent overheating."

It's a stocky quadruped (think Lairon), with thick blue-white fur and large crystalline spikes or plates on its back. Its inside glows red, shining through and tinting its plates and undercoat. When its temperature increases, it glows brighter, and vice versa.

Ability: Heat Vent - builds temperature over time
Each turn, Fussard's "heat counter" increases by one. Using Ice-type moves, being in sunny weather, or getting hit by Fire-type moves increases it as well. It can cool down by using Fire-type moves, getting hit by Ice-types, or being in most other types of weather.
It starts battle at "a healthy temperature", in which it heals ~5% its maximum each turn. Getting too low of a temperature makes it "run cold", where its Defenses rise, but its speed falls. If it gets cold enough, it risks freezing solid despite its typing (or maybe falling asleep). Heating up, however, makes it "run hot" and gain Attack and SpAtk, but take 10% damage each turn. If its temperature gets too high, it "melts down" in a special Fire-type Explosion. Yes, after its attack stats have been rising for the past several turns.

No evolution, balanced stats, movepool includes both Hail and Sunny Day.
