I posted this in a thread from yesterday. This Z-Move can effectively boost Eevee up to RU or even UU, assuming Z-Moves have the same priority as Mega Evolution.
Here are the stats of an Adamant 252 Atk / 252 Speed Eevee at level 50 after using Z-Move:

HP: 131
Atk: 234
Def: 140
Sp.Atk: 116
Sp.Def: 170
Speed: 214

Let's not forget it has Adaptability and Double-Edge, Quick Attack for priority, and Baton Pass to pass on the boosts if it's in a pickle. It can even use a 220 BP Stored Power to fight Fighting types without any SpA investment. Thoughts?

Because it DOES have trade offs, believe it or not. One being that you can't hold any other item except the Z-Crystal, and the other being that you can only use the move once.

Eevee is kind of cool because it gets stored power, essentially a 200 BP Psychic move after it gets the boost it can use on Fighting counters. It doesn't outspeed key scarfers like Lando T (Eevee hits 458 at max I believe). Unaware, Whirlwind, and Mega Sableye piss all over him.

however, pulverizing pancake boosts giga impact, so evoboost probably needs to boost some stat move
