The animation itself looks lively. But I still feel raped that he doesn't get to win a league before going to a non-league region, on the 30th anniversary, against an antagonist whom he had already lost to 2 times before, of course he needed to loes a third time. It does a bad job as an anime narrative. and doesn't deserve to keep my viewing of it. Fuck them. I literally only started re-watching the anime because of how good seemed to look (my gf made me try it around the time ash was against the fairy gym leader).
