That is just dumb. Maybe you could do something like this:

Basically it is a Shell Bell in Ability Form. Definitely not broken.

Moon Doggo is probably going to be plenty viable, just not in the role I imagined. Look at its animations and flavor text

Taunt, Stealth Rock, Counter, and who knows, probably Stone Miss

It's design makes me think it'll be fairly fast, and fast taunters are the devil

To frail to ever counter something like Bisharp, but it ought to handle the average setup mon's gyro ball with ease.

Or Anger Point, being that it has to get hit and if they keep Gen 6's crit mechanics, its really really easy to proc Anger Point. (Of course, the issue was never activating it but rather surviving a goddamn crit. Also easier since crits do way less damage than they used to)
