Finally got around to making one of these. I checked as much information as I could find, but I'm bound to have missed something so tell me if there's any other pokemon I need to exclude.
For now it looks like the pokemon with the greatest potential of getting an Alola form are:
>Ekans and Arbok
>Nidos
>Clefairy and Clefable
>Vileplume
>Venonat and Venomoth
>Diglett and Dugtrio
>Persian (almost definitely)
>Mankey and Primeape
>Bellsprout, Weepinbell and Victreebel
>Tentacool and Tentacruel
>Geodude, Graveler and Golem
>Ponyta and Rapidash
>Farfetch'd
>Doduo and Dodrio
>Seel and Dewgong
>Muk and Grimer
>Krabby and Kingler
>Voltorb and Electrode
>Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan
>Koffing and Weezing
>Goldeen and Seaking
>Mr. Mime
>Jynx
>Omanyte and Omastar
>Kabuto and Kabutops
That doesn't really look like much, so given a little longer we will probably have a pretty decent ideas of what Alolan forms we'll see upon release (assuming they haven't revealed them all already).

That Meowth was not alolan, it was brought from Kanto.

There is a word for what you're referring to here. It's "evolution."

Initially I had written a key for pre-evos too, so I wrote "post" for clarity. When I realised pre-evos weren't relevant I forgot to change "post" back to just evolution.
