If Eevee's speed gets defenses and speed gets doubled it MAY survive a hit on the first turn it uses the Z move, and then it MAY out-speed the second turn.

Eevee only gets 60 Speed at Level 50 0 EVs and can't afford to take away investment from Defenses. Being at 120 Speed outspeeds fucking nothing so it'll need a Follow Me support, and 2-turn setups in any format not Singles is too much momentum lost.

Your Eevee will never see competitive viability, only usage in sub-1400 shitters.

Have your heard of IVs? Eevee ends up with 75 speed without ANY investment. That's 150 after the boost which is equal to fully invested base 85 (positive nature) or fully invested base 98 (neutral nature).

With 80 EVs in speed, Eevee outspeeds both fully invested Garchomp and fully invested Megamon (with positive natures) after the boost.

I can see eevee being good vs stall but thats about it. lc on the other hand, +2 adaptability return sounds scary especially since it can also baton pass or run a mixed set with a 220 base stored power
