It is a great move if it has at least 40BP but it's shit on something that only has Howl or if lucky enough Hone Claws as way to boost its attack, see Lycanroc Midday since it's quadrupede.

The Midnight form will probably get the mandatory punch attacks and Knock Off and Crunch, all non STAB so both will end being more disappointing than Zoroark most likely if not Zoroark 2.0.

Pure Rock type isn't really a great type unless you have insane minmax stats or very high BST not is this attack in the hands of such mons.

It may perhaps be useful on Rockruff it it is passable through breeding, which would mean Midnight form would have access to it too.
