Yes. If you check the TVs in ORAS, sometimes a trainer profile for your rival will show up that confirms he/she is 13. The others are mostly from interviews and instruction manuals.

In fact, Brendan/May(12) and Red/Leaf(11) are the only protags with confirmed ages. Calem/Serena are also confirmed to be 16+, but we don't know their exact ages.

BW/BW2 protagonists are just said to be "older than the previous protags", nothing else, unless you count manga adaptations and such.
