Reminder Adventures Red now has Mega Venasaur as of ORAS

Pokemon battles happen really differently in adventures for the most part. A lot of the time attacks are aimed at the trainers and personal strength is just as important as your pokemon's. Rules deciding how many pokemon you can have on your team and how many you can use at once are vague at best. Then again I only red up to gsc so maybe it's changed by now. He's still my favorite version of Red though.

Adventures > Game > Origins > Ash

Adventures Red has a defensively solid team with mega Venusaur as his ace. If you give him Mewtwo, he wins easily, but he's more of Blaine's Pokemon. Origins Red comes in third because he had trouble with Mewtwo, who's level 70, and he only trains his Charizard. At best he has two level 70 mons with 30-50 shitters. Game Red is second because of this level difference, even Zard X can't save Origins Red. Ash is just a shitter.

Update Game Red's team with megas and Z moves and he may overthrow Adventures Red but that's hard considering Adventures Red has even more higher level mons.
