I of what Lickilicky would be like with a proper recovery move a few days ago and had an I idea. I noticed his lizard like features and thought of how Slowpoke tails are apparently eaten for their healthy, nutritious nature, and the factthey always grow back.
I imagined a sort of self-cannibalism recovery move. Where the user eats a part of their body, most likely their tail, and recovers health from it while losing none because removing it is harmless and it regrows without problem.
Lickilicky, Slowpoke, Ekans, Onix, and other lizard/snake like Pokemon could learn this move, some as EMs while Slowpoke would of course learn it naturally.

The pokemon sprays a coat of poison over the opponent. Any healing held item will cause damage instead of curing and potions/healing moves will have the efficiency halved. It also causes poison that won't go away while the pokemon that used poison spray is on the field.
