It's not a battle system but a FFV/FFT/BravelyDefault job system put onto Pokemon would be both ridiculous and endlessly entertaining. And maybe a Shedinja with the Knight job would be totally busted in some of them, who knows.

I would enjoy a better fire emblem and pokemon crossover. Multiple pokemon as different unit classes. Class ups are evolutions. Each mon gets its own signature weapon (move) and the rest of the moves are equipable TMs.
