I think for it to be perfect it was to be 2x effective going one way and 0.5x effective going the other way

Fighting/Rock/Flying.
Ice/Ground/Steel can work to, but not the other way around.
Poison/ice -> grass -> Ground/(Rock in the case of ice) ->
Rocke > Ice > Ground > Rock

grass doesn't resist rock, so grass/flying/rock is wrong.
fighting doesn't resist steel either. so fighting/fairy/steel is wrong.
